- Each role requires a separate account registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- A unique email address is required for each account
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you post on the platform
- You must not post content that violates applicable laws or regulations
- You must not harass, abuse, or harm other users
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- You must comply with all applicable platform guidelines and code of conduct
4. Community Guidelines
All content shared on Sharewell, including Thoughts, Pages, and Images, should contribute positively to the community and encourage meaningful conversations.
Content that is harmful, abusive, misleading, promotes hate, or is primarily intended for personal gain, self-promotion, or other self-serving interests may be removed if it violates these community guidelines.
Content that clearly goes against the purpose, values, or well-being of the Sharewell community may also be removed at the discretion of the moderation team.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of content they post on Sharewell. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any content you post, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
6. Fellowship Guide Responsibilities
- Fellowship Guides must share knowledge-based content (Thoughts, Pages, Images)
- Guides must maintain quality, authentic, and value-driven content
- Guides must follow platform guidelines and code of conduct
- Guides must stay active and consistent in their selected focus area
- Guides must complete the Fellowship Guide form after account creation
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited on Sharewell:
- Posting harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Collecting or storing personal information about other users without consent
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Posting prohibited content
- Engaging in illegal or harmful activities
- Non-compliance with platform guidelines
9. Limitation of Liability
Sharewell is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
